Firefly Bookstore Celebrates Independent Bookstore Day – April 25, 2026We’re proud to be part of Independent Bookstore Day (IBD)—a nationwide celebration of indie bookstores and everything they bring to their communities.
We will have something very special for our book-loving customers: a selection of exclusive, limited-edition IBD merchandise, available only in-store on Saturday, April 25 while supplies last.
These items are created just for indie bookstores and can’t be purchased online or found anywhere else. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!

It’s a one-day national celebration of indie bookstores, taking place every year on the last Saturday in April. It’s a chance to support your favorite local bookstore (that’s us!) and discover some fun, rare, and delightful bookish treasures.
We’re keeping it simple this year—just great books, great merch, and a celebration of everything indie booksellers stand for.
