Our ACA team will cover important updates, reporting requirements, and practical tips to help you prepare for a successful ACA reporting season.

Course Topics Include:

• Completing IRS Forms 1094-C and 1095-C
• Tips for auditing your ACA reporting with vendors
• ACA reporting updates and reminders
• Common reporting issues and how to avoid them

This workshop is designed for Applicable Large Employers (ALEs), defined as employers with an average of 50 or more full-time employees, including full-time equivalents, during the previous reporting year.

Learning Objectives:

• Accurately complete IRS Forms 1094-C and 1095-C by applying correct indicator codes, safe harbor elections, and offer of coverage logic to minimize filing errors and IRS penalty exposure.
• Identify and resolve common ACA reporting errors by applying a structured audit framework to vendor-produced data, including employee eligibility, affordability calculations, and code assignments before submission.
• Apply current IRS guidance and reporting updates to ensure organizational compliance with ACA filing requirements, deadlines, and penalty thresholds for the applicable reporting year.

This course has been certified for 2 hours of HRCI and SHRM credit, and we are a provider for TSBPA credits. No prerequities are required.
