The evening celebration showcases the IMPACT of community support for people experiencing homelessness as they have made their way home for more than five decades. Join Transition Projects’ board members, community supporters and leaders, businesses, and corporations – all coming together to make a difference at this critically important event. This stellar evening will present the IMPACTful work of Transition Projects guiding and supporting our most vulnerable neighbors who in housing are embracing life by regaining their stability, health, employment, and flourishing across our community. Because everyone deserves to have hope and a roof over their head!
