2026 IIPLA Conference
About this Event
Registration and a light breakfast with coffee will open at 7:30 am and presentations begin at 8:00 am. At approximately 12:00PM, lunch will be served and the annual meeting will commence. Presentations will recommence at approximately 1:00PM.
Continuing Legal Education (CLE) will be provided on a wide variety of intellectual property topics including:
(1) Patent Practice and Healthy Filewrapper Maintenance presented by Luke Mohrhauser (Managing Partner at McKee, Voorhees & Sease, PLC),
(2) Ethics before the USPTO (presenter is TBD),
(3) Trademark Dilution presented by Professor Craig W. Dallon (Creighton University School of Law),
(4) Diversity and Elimination of Bias in Intellectual Property: Bridging the Rural-Urban Divide (presenter is TBD),
(5) Intellectual Property Commercialization and Technology Transfer presented by Joe Runge (Published Scientist and Intellectual Property Attorney),
(6) Intellectual Property Litigation and Trade Secrets presented by Nicholas F. Miller (Shareholder at Brick Gentry P.C.),
(7) Intellectual Property Procurement in Foreign Jurisdictions presented Donna Suchy (Intellectual Property Author).
IIPLA will host a reception on Thursday, October 15th, from 7:00PM to 9:00PM at McCormick's 1894 with appetizers and a cash bar. Please indicate in your registration if you plan to attend the October 15th reception.
**Schedule and speakers subject to change, IIPLA will apply for 6.5 hours of CLE credit.
