There are moments in ministry when pastors do not need another conference.
They need refreshing.

IGNITE Pastors Summit was created for that very purpose.

This gathering is designed to bring together pastors and ministry leaders from across Minnesota for an afternoon marked by encouragement, spiritual sharpening, authentic connection, prayer, and renewed vision for the days ahead. More than a luncheon, IGNITE is an atmosphere where leaders can pause from the demands of ministry and be personally poured into.

Featured keynote speaker Dr. Michael Youssef will bring a timely and powerful message to pastors navigating leadership in a rapidly changing culture. As the founder of Leading The Way ministry and pastor of Church of The Apostles in Atlanta, Dr. Youssef is internationally respected for his unwavering commitment to biblical truth, courageous leadership, and compassionate shepherding. Through decades of ministry, global outreach, and faithful expository teaching, he has equipped believers around the world to stand firm in conviction while remaining grounded in grace.

Pastors attending will be challenged to lead boldly without compromise, shepherd wisely with discernment, and remain anchored in Christ amidst cultural pressure and spiritual fatigue. Dr. Youssef’s message promises to strengthen leaders who are carrying both the privilege and burden of spiritual responsibility in this generation.

Throughout the afternoon, pastors will hear from a panel of respected ministry leaders speaking candidly on the realities of pastoring with courage, wisdom, conviction, and compassion. These conversations are designed to move beyond surface-level leadership principles and speak directly into the spiritual, emotional, and practical realities pastors face today.

Intentional moments of prayer will be woven throughout the gathering — covering pastors, their families, churches, and the unique assignments God has entrusted to them. Ministry leaders will not simply attend an event; they will be ministered to themselves.

And as the afternoon draws to a close, pastors will hear a final message designed to stir hearts back toward the very center of ministry: The One. The ONE Jesus leaves the ninety-nine for. The ONE still searching for truth. The ONE waiting for hope. The ONE heaven still rejoices over.

IGNITE is ultimately about awakening fresh hunger — not for platforms, performance, or programs — but for deeper intimacy with Christ and renewed passion for reaching people with the Gospel.
