2026 IAM Women’s and Young Workers Conference

This year’s theme, “Emerging Leaders Building the Labor Movement of the Future”, reflects our commitment to developing the next generation of union leadership. During the conference, we will proudly celebrate the 30-year anniversary of the IAM Women’s Department, established in 1996 at the International Convention in Chicago, and recognize the continued growth and advancement of the Young Workers Department as we build toward the future.
