Get prepared for the upcoming storm season at Port St. Lucie’s free, family‑friendly Hurricane Preparedness Expo. This event connects residents with businesses, emergency professionals and community partners who can help you get ready for extreme weather.The 2026 Hurricane Preparedness Expo is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 6 at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center, 9221 SE Event Center Place.
Enjoy informative presentations from meteorologists, emergency managers, City of Port St. Lucie staff and local organizations dedicated to hurricane readiness.
The Exhibitor Hall will showcase government partners, businesses and vendors specializing in storm shutters and impact windows, tree maintenance, water damage, roofing, gutters and more.
Families also can enjoy fun activities for all ages, an interactive photo booth and a raffle with helpful preparedness-themed prizes. While supplies last, attendees will receive a tote bag filled with hurricane and emergency preparation resources.
