Event Schedule:
FRIDAY - Join us at the Elks Lodge for the weekly Fish Fry from 5:30pm-7:30pm. The ATR staff will be onsite Friday afternoon from 4pm to 7pm for early pickup of Thank You gifts and questions. Look for the ATR banner in the RV area on the West side of the Elks lodge.
SATURDAY - Checkin from 06:00am-08:00am and enjoy a tasty breakfast (Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, mixed fruit, coffee, orange juice). Then ride a 110-120 mile loop with a lunch stop around the midpoint of the ride. A scratch made BBQ-style lunch will be hosted by a Boy Scout troop from the Flagstaff area at the Camp Geronimo dining facility from 11:00am-1:00pm.
Dinner starts at 5:30pm. Enjoy a home cooked meal provided by the Payson Elks.
Our world famous raffle will start around 7pm with tickets being sold prior too, and during dinner.
SUNDAY - Checkin from 06:30am-08:30am and enjoy a tasty breakfast (Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, mixed fruit, coffee, orange juice). The Sunday loops are 50-60 miles of different routes through the forest around Payson.
Routes - There are A, B, and C routes available on both days. ‘A’ routes are the toughest and include all manner of 2-track and some single track trail. ‘B’ routes are a mix of maintained and un-maintained roads and should be considered “Hero” routes for Big Bike riders. The ‘C’ routes are big bike friendly and will be paved roads along with maintained and semi-maintained dirt roads.
Onsite Camping - There is limited dry camping available and there is the possibility of RV hookup camping but we will not know availability until the event. DO NOT call the Elks lodge requesting a RV hookup site. All camping is first come first served and will be organized by ATR's own friendly onsite camp host Ed Maki. Look him up when you arrive.
Camping costs - Dry Camping $10 per night - 30amp RV hook up $24 per night - 50amp RV hook up $30 per night
