To kick off 2026, we are having a special social dance session at our spiritual home in Ottawa, the Flava Factory!! Our DJ for the event will be QUEENYY, who has played Capital Sessions several times and never disappoints! She can dance too! The format for this one is a straight-up sweaty session in the studio with amazing Afro-Global house music!! We won't be doing any formal teaching for this one, just banging beats and a dope DJ, we cover the mirrors so nobody gets sucked into looking at themselves, it's a social!!! We will charge to pay the DJ and the studio, it's a $10 suggested donation, but Pay What You Can, we won't turn anyone away! Last change to dance before we go back to school or work, so come get it in!
