2026 Homeschool Spelling Bee

Attention all Homeschoolers of Georgia, your child is invited to participate in the 3rd Annual Homeschool Spelling Bee, scheduled for Tuesday April 21 at 5:00 pm.

Homeschoolers from ages 7 to 17 are invited to participate and are challenged to spell the words listed on the 2026 EPIC Homeschool Network Spelling Bee List.

We are looking forward to a fun-filled event for all homeschool participants.

If the current word list is exhausted during the bee, we will move onto previous word lists.

P rizes

• All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.
• The second and third-place students will receive a trophy.
• The first-place student in Level 3 will receive a $50 visa gift card and a trophy.
• The first-place student in Level 2 will receive a $35 visa gift card and a trophy.
• The first-place student in Level 1 will receive a $25 visa gift card and a trophy.

When is the deadline to register?

Students must register by the deadline on Eventbrite.

Who is eligible to compete?

All homeschoolers in the state of Georgia ages 7 to 17

Is there a limit to the number of participants?

Yes, we can only accommodate 50 applicants in each category, families are free to attend and watch.

How can I sponsor the bee or donate prizes?

Homeschool Spelling Bee is a volunteer-run event. The registration fee helps pay for the trophies, supplies, and certificates. Institutions, companies, and individuals wishing to help us offset our expenses and/or donate educational prizes to the participants are encouraged to contact Andrea Hall at [email protected]
