The 3rd Annual Homeownership Fair is happening on June 13 at Scott High School from 10 AM to 2:30 PM! This is your chance to get the tools and knowledge you need to start your journey to homeownership.Whether you’re just starting to think about buying a home or you’re ready to take the next step, this event is designed to meet you where you are—and help you move forward with confidence. What to expect:
🔑 Home Buying Education workshops on down payment assistance, qualifying for a mortgage, and finding the right home.
🔑 Giveaways throughout the event, including a grand prize of $10,000 in Down payment assistance (must have a pre-approval letter to enter the grand prize raffle).
🔑 Food trucks serving up local favorites and fun activities for kids.
