Mark your calendars for our 2026 Holy Family Catholic Community Pre-Lent Parish Mission "Just Rest, Receiving God's Renewing Prescence in the Deserts of Your Life (A Study of the Exodus)" featuring Sonja Corbitt. From Sunday, February 15 to Tuesday, February 17 at Holy Family Church, join best-selling author, Telly Award-winning broadcaster, and “Catholic Evangelista” Sonja Corbitt to learn about the spiritual discipline, gift, and promise of rest through the story of the Exodus. We dispose ourselves to receive the promise of rest through a disciplined desert process common to God’s people from the beginning. The biblical Exodus story is a map through this desert process, showing us the disciplines that offer “dew” – God’s renewing presence in the desert that leads us to the superabundance of rest in thoughts, emotions, body, and soul.
The talks will take place from 6:30 to 8:00 pm Sunday to Tuesday. Please bring your bibles!
