As we prepare for the holiday season, we’re proud to support our veteran community with our second holiday distribution of 2026.
What’s Included
✅ $40 VISA Grocery Gift Cards — Distributed on a first come, first serve basis
✅ Redeemable anywhere that accepts VISA for food purchases
✅ Valid for food items only (no alcohol, tobacco, pet food, or non-food items)
📍 Gift Card Pickup
🗓️ October 19–23, 2026
🕗 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
📍 Visit us at the VSC Office
👥 Who’s Eligible Each household may receive one voucher per veteran. Widows of veterans are also eligible.
To qualify, individuals must:
🔹 Be current Ashtabula County residents
🔹 Be validated in the VSC system with discharge showing Honorable or Under Honorable Conditions
🔹 Already verified or have a VSC-issued ID card? You’re good to go!
Accepted Discharge Documents
📄Active Duty & Reserves: DD Form 214 (Member 4 Copy preferred)
📄National Guard: NGB Form 22 or NGB Form 23
📄Reserves: DD Form 214-1 or Reserve Letter
