The Historic Pennsylvania Avenue Cadillac Parade returns Saturday, October 24, 2026, through the @ENOUGH21217 initiative!

Join residents, marching bands, dancers, community organizations, schools, churches, businesses, performers, Cadillac owners, and classic-car enthusiasts for a powerful celebration of Pennsylvania Avenue’s history, culture, and community.

For generations, Pennsylvania Avenue was the cultural, commercial, political, and entertainment heartbeat of Black Baltimore. Its legendary Easter parades and Cadillac Parade brought families, community leaders, entertainers, business owners, and some of the city’s finest automobiles to the Avenue.

On October 24th, we honor that legacy while reconnecting today’s neighborhoods and generations.

Calling All Cadillac and Classic-Car Owners!

Bring your Caddie or classic automobile and become part of this historic celebration. Classic vehicles of all makes and models are welcome.

Participating car owners can join the parade and remain for the Community Connection Fair and Classic Car Show through 2 p.m.

Residents Can:

• Volunteer with planning, setup, outreach, and day-of activities.
• March individually or with a neighborhood, school, church, family, or community organization.
• Participate as a performer, artist, youth group, dance troupe, or marching band.
• Help spread the word to family, friends, and neighbors.
• Attend the celebration and support local businesses, vendors, and organizations.

Businesses and Organizations Can:

• Become a parade sponsor.
• Enter a float, vehicle, team, or organization in the parade.
• Participate in the Community Connection Fair as a vendor or resource partner.
• Provide volunteers, services, in-kind donations, or promotional support.
• Host activities and promotions encouraging visitors to explore Pennsylvania Avenue.

This is more than a parade. It is an opportunity to reconnect communities, celebrate Black Baltimore’s cultural legacy, support local businesses, engage young people, and create relationships that continue long after the event.

Bring the children. Bring the elders. Bring the neighborhoods. Bring the bands. Bring the Cadillacs. Bring the classic cars.
