2026 Health Services Administration Symposium

The 2026 Health Services Administration Symposium will take place on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at Xavier University in the Health United Building. This year’s theme, Driving Organizational Change While Preserving the Mission, explores how healthcare leaders successfully navigate organizational change while maintaining their organization’s mission, values, and commitment to high-quality patient care.

Keynote speakers, Chris Hasse, Ph.D., Chief Administrative Officer, and Jim Wilson, Chief Financial Officer, of Mayo Clinic Health System, will lead a fireside conversation, sharing their experiences implementing organizational change in today’s evolving healthcare environment. The discussion will conclude with an interactive audience Q&A, providing attendees the opportunity to engage directly with executive healthcare leaders.
