The 2026 Housing Forecast presented by Parr will feature Dr. Robert Dietz, NAHB Chief Economist/SVP, and Mike Wilkerson, Partner and Director of Economic Research at ECONorthwest. They will discuss what 2026 holds for the general economy, the housing market, and our industry as a whole. Information presented will cover National, State, and regional trends and predictions related to different market segments such as multi-family, single-family, infill, and remodeling. The trends and forecasts will be followed by a Q&A session with audience questions moderated by Jim Irvine, Sr. Fellow at Portland State University.
