2026 Hafla

HAFLA IS BACK. ✨
It has been eight years since the Dayton Arab American Forum last held Hafla. On November 7, we're bringing it back.
Hafla means celebration in Arabic—but this year's gathering carries a deeper meaning.
JOY IS OUR RESILIENCE
At a time when our community has carried profound grief and witnessed so much hardship, gathering in joy does not mean looking away. It means honoring what sustains us.
Our heritage. Our families. Our accomplishments. Our music and food. Our stories. Our community. And our ability to continue finding joy in one another.
Join us for an evening celebrating Arab culture, community, and excellence, featuring: 🍽 Dinner • 🎶 Music • 💃 Dabke • 🕺 Dancing • ❤️ Cultural Pride
And the return of the Southwest Ohio Arab American Excellence Awards, honoring individuals and organizations whose leadership, achievement, service, and partnership strengthen our community and our region.
