16th GW Ethics in Publishing Conference

Hybrid Event: 950 N. Glebe Rd. Regent House, Arlington, VA. and virtual.
The will be held on Friday October 23, 2026, with in-person and virtual presentations and attendees, at The George Washington University's Arlington Education Center. A social hour will follow the event.
Please indicate on the registration form whether you plan to attend in-person or virtually. Registration for the conference is free.
The full schedule will be announced soon on the conference website. Students and professionals in trade, academic, and scholarly publishing, library and information sciences, and scholarly communications will present on topics such as artificial intelligence (AI), multilingual publishing, workplace equity, open access (OA), DEI initiatives, accessibility, peer review, publishing strategies, and more.
The GW Ethics in Publishing conference is organized by the Graduate Program in Publishing, in collaboration with the GW Journal of Ethics in Publishing, and supported by the College of Professional Studies at The George Washington University.
