Step into the Groundhog Day time loop experience!There’s nothing quite like running a 3.25-mile looped course for 3, 6, or 12 hours. Will the repetition feel like a challenge, or will you find yourself embracing the thrill of the loop with each lap?
We are switching things up with the medal idea! Participants will receive a water bottle and will collect special stickers to adhere to their bottle when they complete certain milestones on the course: distance, first blister, take a rest/nap, eat all the snacks, a trail stumble, and more!
The course is the Great Blue Heron Loop Trail at Haw River State Park Iron Ore Belt Access.
