Grief Support Group

Whether you are mourning the loss of a loved one, pet or relationship or something harder to name. Our support group offers a compassionate environment for people aged 19+ to share their experience with loss, connect with others who empathize, and find comfort in community.

Our facilitators will guide discussions, lead creative activities and provide helpful resources to assist you on your grieving journey. We invite you to come as you are and participate as little or as much as you like. You don't even have to speak.

Mirey is passionate about building connections with, and providing support to, individuals and families who have experienced complex trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem challenges, gender transitions, and grief. Mirey takes a collaborative and integrated approach to help clients find healing and symptom reduction.
