2026 Greensburg Development Conference
About this Event
The Greensburg Community Development Corporation is proud to again host the Greensburg Development Conference, held at Seton Hill University Performing Arts Center in Greensburg, PA from 11:30 AM- 4:30 PM (including lunch and networking social).
Join us for valuable insights on the need for mixed-use development that incorporates market-rate downtown housing, hearing from community leaders serving populations who are generating that increased demand.
We welcome Keynote speaker Richard Vilello – Deputy Secretary for Community Affairs and Development, and local leaders in three concurrent sessions addressing financing revitalization projects, advocacy for housing opportunities, and succession planning for businesses.
This year’s event opens at 11:30 am for networking and light lunch, and following the conference, all are welcome to the Networking Social with complimentary drinks and appetizers, courtesy of our Main Street Sponsors!
