2)Develop a collective vision for equitable thriving and identify opportunities for collaborative action that strengthen community health and well-being.

Leading with your Whole Self: Cultivating the Social Soil of Hampton Roads

1. Describe the relational conditions (“social soil”) that enable generative collaboration in complex, cross-sector community health work, using a living-systems framework.

2. Apply a whole-self inventory to identify at least two personal practices — one to strengthen and one to release — that enhance their individual contribution to collaborative population health efforts in Hampton Roads.
