About this Event
Most people abandon their New Year’s goals by February. It’s not because they lack discipline, but because motivation is limited… a bit like affordable housing in Luxembourg.
Whether your goal is to own property here or go to the gym more, your goals require clarity and a plan. This workshop is designed to help you create the systems that make your goal a natural byproduct.
You’ll leave this workshop with:
✔️Clear, intentional goals for 2026
✔️A stronger understanding of the habits, identity, and systems needed to reach them
✔️Tips for making goal achievement less stressful.
In the workshop, there will be opportunities to exchange ideas and knowledge with others, but at your discretion. Our goals can be very personal, so most of the interaction is focused on general concepts to achieve goals, not sharing your deepest secrets.

About the Facilitator
Santa-Inez Victorio is a professionally trained Life, Sales, and Public Speaking Facilitator.
She has coached teams at Meta, Google, Shutterstock, General Electric, and more.
She was trained & educated by:
* Accomplish Coaching an International Coach Federation-certified school
* LifeHikes, a global coaching company
* Sac State University with studies in Communications
* Dig Deep Improv Community here in Luxembourg (arguably the best improv community in the world)
By day, she works in tech sales, actively applying the skills she teaches. Her facilitation style emphasizes clarity, structure, and practical application peppered with a bit of humor… because what’s the point if it’s not fun?
