2026 FuelFest Phoenix Vendors

There’s no place like home and there’s no better place to be on December 5th than FuelFest! Our Phoenix tour closer packs a 1-2 punch of nonstop action and surprises. After the record breaking show in 2025, we’re going all out and bringing the heat BACK! FuelFest is set to take over the compound with 50+ top local and pro drivers giving fan thrill rides all day. FuelFest PHX features a massive car show with Arizona’s best high performance-built cars, a full production concert, special guest appearance, VIP experiences, themed car show zones including the highly anticipated ‘Taste of Tokyo JDM section as well as the People’s Choice Judged Paddock where the best cars compete to be crowned the People’s Choice on the Festival Stage. Fans can enjoy 60+ exhibitor booths from local and globally recognized brands, limited edition merch, prizes, giveaways, and more! As always, a portion of proceeds benefits Reach Out WorldWide, the non-profit founded by Paul Walker.

Please note that in order to be accepted as a vendor, proper insurance is required for liability purposes. FuelFest has an insurance affiliate for policies as low as $49. Once you submit your application, insurance details will be sent to you in the official welcome letter.

All vendor registrations are subject to approval. This is an application, not guarantee of event placement. Any non-approved vendors will be notified 30 days prior to event and refunded in full. Certain vendor categories are limited.
