2026 Friends of the St. Charles City-County Library Book Fair

The 2026 Friends of the St. Charles City-County Library Book Fair will be held on Friday, August 7 - Sunday, August 9 at the Family Arena (2002 Arena Parkway St. Charles MO 63303).
The Book Fair is FREE to the public, with the exception of special Members Only Shopping on Friday morning from 9 am to noon.
No book donations will be accepted at Library branches between July 4 and August 6. No book donations will be accepted at the Friends Warehouse between July 19 and August 21.

Over 250,000 items including hardbacks, paperbacks, cake pans, sets, and AV materials. One of the largest Book Fairs in the St. Louis area.

9:00 am to Noon – Friends of the Library Members only admission
To enter at 9 am, Friends memberships must be received
by July 24. Friends memberships will be sold on Friday after
the current members line has entered. To become a Friends
member, visit the website at stchlibrary.org/friends-member.
Noon to 9:00 pm – Free and open to the general public
Saturday, August 8
9:00 am to 6:00 pm – Free and open to the general public
Sunday, August 9
10:00 am to 3:00 pm – Free and open to the general public
$5.00 a bag day (most items). Standard-size plastic grocery bags are provided on site.
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm – Free books for nonprofits. Advanced registration at stchlibrary.org/book-fair is required.

NOTE: The Book Fair will include a silent auction. The auction will be available online and in person via a QR code during the fair and will feature some of the more valuable items that were donated. Learn more: stchlibrary.org/book-fair
