IMPORTANT NOTICE: All Early Bird registrations must be purchased between August 3 and September 18. To honor the Early Bird rate, any registration changes or adjustments must be requested by contacting the ASCCC Events Team ([email protected]) no later than September 25. Requests received after September 25 cannot be accommodated, and attendees will be responsible for paying the applicable general registration rate.

General Registrations Tickets: $850

Saturday Only In-Person Registration : $210

Saturday Only Virtual Registration: $85

Saturday Tickets will end November 2nd, 2026 at 5:00 pm.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Saturday tickets do not include the professional development sessions on Thursday or Friday. This ticket is usually purchased by voting delegates, resolution authors, or general attendees who wish to attend only the Saturday Resolutions Voting.

Please note that you must make hotel reservations separate from the event registration process. Registration confirmation for the event does not guarantee a hotel room reservation.

Room Rate: $209/night plus taxes

Parking: Guests who book with the room rate will have complimentary self-parking and waived daily amenity fee.

Room block deadline: Monday, October 5 at 12PM

Attendees who are driving in each day can park in the parking garage near the hotel venue for $30 per day or $3/per hour.

The Saturday Resolutions Voting will take place in Zoom. All attendees will receive an email prior to the event with the zoom link to join for Saturday. If you do not receive the zoom meeting invitation link, please contact [email protected].

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

We no longer take direct ticket transfers. You will need to submit a new registration for each person attending.

When is the last day to purchase the early bird ticket and what is the last day to inquire about changes or adjustments to my early bird ticket?

The deadline to purchase early bird tickets is September 18 at 11:59PM. Attendees must reach out by September 25 if they need to make a change/adjustment to their early bird ticket in order to honor the early bird rate. Requests received after September 25 cannot be accommodated, and attendees will be responsible for paying the applicable general registration rate.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

• Payment is required prior to entering an Academic Senate event.

• Please remember that the last day (October 27th, 2026) to cancel your registration without penalty is always posted on each event's webpage, and is listed in each confirmation email. This is inclusive to all ticket types. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] on or before the posted date. Registration will not be canceled due to non-payment. All cancellations made after the posted cancellation date will be assessed a $175 cancellation fee.

• Full Refunds will not be granted for cancellations after the posted cancellation deadline.

• Cancellations made less than 7 business working days prior (October 27th, 2026) to the event will be billed the full registration amount for the conference.

• No shows, unclaimed "TBA" attendees, and cancellations made after the deadline will be billed to you and/or your college for the total cost of registration and room if applicable to the event. As attendees are permitted to register without funds, we have no way of determining cancellation unless specifically told, in writing.

• It is your responsibility to ensure payment of the registration fee. Submission of your registration signifies agreement with this policy.

• Unpaid balances owed to the Academic Senate must be paid off before an attendee can register for a future event.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No, All attendee registrations must match the ticket. We no longer take direct transfers. Every attendee must submit their own registration and payment.
