2026 Fall Job Fair - Vendor Registration

If you are a hiring employer looking to grow your workforce, the Tri-Valley Career Center's Fall Job Fair on September 24, 3pm-5:30pm is the place to be!

This event is co-hosted by the Tri-Valley Chamber of Commerce Alliance representing Danville, Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton & San Ramon.

It offers recruiters the opportunity to meet candiates, discuss job openings, skills needed, your onboarding process and make conidtional job offers on the spot!

As a vendor, you will engage directly with candidates, promote your open roles, review resumes and highlight what makes your organization stand out. Regardless if you are hiring part-time seasonal staff, full-time and/or looking for executives in leadership role, you will meet hundreds of candidates eager to work and build long-term careers across the Tri-Valley and greater Bay Area.

Vendors registration filled early for the Spring Job Fair and registration closed about a week before the event started, so vendors are encouraged to register soon to secure their spot.

Employers are encouraged to bring 2-4 or more Reps as this event is packed with job seekers. Only one registration needed per employer with multiple reps (to clarify, the registration fee is per organization, not per Rep).

Vendors will be provided with a table, chairs and in a beautiful facility with free parking, elevators, clean restrooms and water fountains with filtered water. Set up is 1:30pm-2:30pm on Thursday, September 24.
