Maestro Jonathan Moore and the band will take you on an exploration of our great heritage of American music from a diverse range of American composers. The program is sure to have something for all ages and will leave you humming these melodies for days:
- Band Classics: "From Maine to Oregon" (John Philip Sousa), "American Salute" (Morton Gould), and "Suite of Old American Dances" (Robert Russell Bennett).
- Autumnal Favorites: Eric Whitacre’s expressive "October" and Frank Ticheli’s "Amazing Grace".
- Popular Selections: "Music from The Incredibles" (Michael Giacchino), "Maple Leaf Rag" (Scott Joplin), and selections from "West Side Story" (Leonard Bernstein).
