Please arrive in appropriate running attire to start.
Bring your full, clean white uniform and belt. Shirts may be worn underneath uniforms but the shirt must match the uniform collar (no other colors should show through the uniform and/or be visible at the collar). Hair should be out of the way and no jewelry, if possible.
Please bring your full sparring gear & water bottle.
