• Standard Deposit: $150 (non-refundable)
• Pay your $150 deposit and you’ll receive an email with registration details and a link to make your monthly payments.
• Monthly payments due by the 15th of each month starting September 15, 2025
• A 10-day grace period is allowed after each due date
• A $50 late fee will be added after the grace period
• Final balance due: May 15, 2026

⚠️ Missed Payment Policy: If two consecutive payments are missed, your trip will be automatically canceled without refund.💡 All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All deposits, payments, and late fees made toward this Essence package are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the traveler has purchased travel insurance. In such cases, any reimbursement must be pursued directly through the travel insurance provider by filing a claim.

To ensure consistent and high-quality service, it is essential that these policies are followed. Any late fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the traveler. These guidelines will be strictly enforced to uphold the integrity and reliability of our travel services.

PLEASE NOTE: Final payments must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the event. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation. If cancellation occurs due to non-payment, MooreTime2Travel’s standard cancellation policy will apply without exception.
