The main focus for our 2026 Elder Care Symposium is Protecting and Powering the Brain. We will dive into topics such as boosting your memory and improving cognition as we age, understanding behavior and cognition changes associated with dementia and Parkinson’s, how chronic stress impacts our memory and cognition, how to advocate for individuals with diminished capacity, the key pillars of brain health to reduce cognitive decline, and what we can learn from SuperAgers who are defying the norms. All sessions are presented by credentialed speakers and experts in their respective topic areas.
