Friday, Sept 25 — Registration 7:30 AM–4:00 PM · Morning session 8:30–11:30 AM · Afternoon session 1:00–4:00 PM
Registration: Early rates end September 10, 2026 — register by then to lock in the lower rate and add a prepaid lunch (early registration only). Dentists from $200 · hygienists & staff $95.
