About this Event
The Board of Directors for the PRSA San Diego Imperial Counties Chapter invites you to celebrate the 2026 Edward L. Bernays Mark of Excellence Awards. We look forward to seeing you there to celebrate our fellow communicators and public relations professionals who have shone brightly over the last year. This event is open to all professionals within our industry, regardless of award submission.
The celebration will take place at the KPBS Conrad Prebys Media Complex at Copley Center on the San Diego State University. The chapter is proud to welcome KPBS Midday Edition host Jade Hindmon as this year's emcee. Her work has earned multiple Emmy nominations and, locally, a Public Media Award from the San Diego Psychological Association. Just recently, KPBS Midday Edition was also named Best Local Podcast by San Diego Magazine.
The event will begin with a cocktail hour, tray-passed appetizers and complimentary headshots taken by our event photographer from 5 to 6 p.m. The awards ceremony itself will begin promptly at 6 p.m.

- Individual tickets: $100 for members and $150 for nonmembers
- Tables of eight: $900 for members and $1,300 for nonmembers

6 to 7:30 p.m.: Edward L. Bernays Mark of Excellence Awards Ceremony
7:30 to 8 p.m.: Networking/Event Concludes
