Keynote Speaker: Dr. Laura Loya Thiess is the English Language Learner (ELL) Program Manager for Stride K12, leading over 75 educators and supporting 5,000 multilingual students across Texas. With 29 years in education, she has served as a teacher, principal, and district leader. She is the Founder & CEO of Lead Loud Consulting, LLC and a founding member of the Hispanic Professionals Association of Tyler.
