2026 DOB In Your Community - Brooklyn

This is not a seminar or presentation. Owners of one to four family properties can meet directly with DOB staff individually to resolve property violations, outstanding job applications, permit requests, and small business inquiries. Same day processing will be available for eligible concerns!

• Onsite review of Stop Work Orders and processing of eligible requests for lifting, as well as submission of inspection requests for Full/Partial Vacate Orders.
• File and upload Certificate of Correction (COC) for review and same day processing.
• Obtain fee estimation calculation.
• Payment options available for civil penalties, work without a permit, and other DOB related violations.
• Meet with senior DOB staff from various units on Building Code compliance matters.
