The 2026 District 78 Annual Conference is happening May 1–2 in Bismarck, North Dakota.This will be a truly special event. It’s the final District 78 conference before we transition to Districts 210 & 208, a milestone moment you won’t want to miss.
🎤 Keynote Speaker: Richard E. Peck, DTM
Richard joined Toastmasters in 2006 and later served as International President (2020–2021). He launched the International President’s World Tour, connecting with members in more than 140 countries, and is a recipient of the U.S. Presidential Award for Volunteerism. Known worldwide as a leader and mentor, Richard believes leadership is about action, not attention.
