2026 Determined to be a Doctor Someday (D.D.S.) Symposium

The DDS In-Person Symposium provides exposure to healthcare & will be filled with excitement, fun, scholarships, & stimulating activities!
About this Event

A one-day event has been developed for students ages 14-18 who wish to pursue a career healthcare or have no clue of what they want to become! The primary purpose of this symposium is to provide exposure to different healthcare careers.

Age-appropriate activities will be done and interested students are invited to participate. Students attending the symposium will be high school students who will be first-generation college graduates, live in rural or under-resourced communities, or are economically disadvantaged. Scholarships will be given away in honor of the late Dr. Wisdom Coleman. Other cool prizes and awards will be given away!
