2026 Day of Caring
About this Event
Day of Caring, hosted by Business Volunteer Network, marks the start of our Community Campaign season with family-friendly volunteer opportunities – now taking place indoors!
Thursday, August 20 | 1:00 – 3:00 pm | New Location! Madison Marriott West
Learn about challenges in our community and create ImPacks for local families. Bring your friends, family, coworkers and neighbors to be a part of the change.
Interested in helping expand our impact? Sponsor ImPacks supplies – essential items requested by our nonprofit partners. Click here to learn more.
Together, we are The Power of Caring. Working for All.
Utilize Your Volunteer Time Off
Volunteer Time Off (VTO) is a paid benefit that lets employees take time during the work week to support causes and organizations they care about. If your business provides VTO as benefit, consider using it to join us for Day of Caring, and encourage your colleagues to do the same!
Parking
Free parking is available in the Madison Marriott West parking lot. Please enter via the Conference Center entrance.
Event Accessibility
We are committed to hosting inclusive, accessible events and welcome all individuals, including people with disabilities, to fully participate. If you have an accommodation request (such as a seated volunteer opportunity, mobility or sensory considerations, a quiet volunteer space, etc.) or questions about accessibility, please contact Jenny Bravener, Community Engagement and Marketing Program Manager, at [email protected] or 608-246-4367.
To help us plan, we encourage requests by 7/20 so we have time to consider how best to support your experience. While we will do our best to meet individual needs, we may not be able to fulfill every request. If that’s the case, we’ll follow up to explore possible alternatives.
Thank You to Our Generous Sponsors!
