The Dumfries ASC 2026 AGM will take place on 14th May at 6pm in the stretching room (located to the left upon entering the changing area) and via Zoom if required.Club President Louisa Edwards has requested that at least one parent representative per DASC family attend.
We have already distributed the meeting agenda, minutes from the 2025 AGM, committee role descriptors, proposed constitution change forms, club constitution, save the date flyer and nomination forms. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend. If you would like to learn more about joining the committee or being nominated for a committee position, please speak to any committee member. Committee meetings take place monthly via Zoom.
Our club is run entirely by volunteers. For the continued success of DASC, we kindly ask that all families contribute to the club in some capacity, no matter how big or small. Several roles—including Digital Communications, Fundraising/Sponsorship, Gala Convenor, and Volunteer Coordinator—can be shared among multiple members to create small working groups and distribute responsibilities more evenly.
Please submit nominations for committee roles, general membership, or proposed constitution changes by 20th April.
To help us plan for the meeting, we kindly request that all members either email [email protected] or scan the QR code on the flyer, indicating whether you are unable to attend or if you will attend in person or require a Zoom link.
