2026 Cuyahoga Falls Tree Lighting Event

Mayor Don Walters is excited to announce the 2026 Tree Lighting Event!
Festivities will begin at 4:30 p.m. with ice carving demonstrations, crafts, train rides, character visits, and live reindeer. Santa Claus and Mayor Walters will arrive and light the tree at City Hall at 6:00 p.m., followed by a drone show from the Summit DD parking lot. Photo opportunities and food trucks will be available throughout the event.
The ice rink at the Downtown Plaza will be open for skating on Saturday, November 28, from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Admission is free. Skate rental is $5. Visit https://www.cityofcf.com/places/ice-skating-rink for complete ice rink hours and more information.
