The 2026 Annual Membership Meeting of the Cape St. Claire Improvement Association, Inc. will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 7:30pm at the Clubhouse, 1223 River Bay Road. The agenda includes voting on the 2027 proposed budget and any open seats on the Board of Governors. You may vote at the meeting or by dropping your ballot off at the CSCIA Office or in the 24-hour drop box located next to the office door. If casting your ballot early, only those ballots received in the office by January 9, 2026 will be counted. Ballots are available in the Dec/Jan Caper. The Caper is mailed in early December and is available online at CSCIA.org
