2026 Cowboy Cleaning College

Welcome to the 2026 Cowboy Cleaning College, a two-day, in-person event bringing together facility managers, custodians, and industry vendors from across the country. The program combines a full trade show with a full day of training and hands-on education designed to help facilities operate more efficiently and stay up to date on modern cleaning systems.

This year’s format has been updated based on attendee feedback, separating the event into a dedicated trade show day and a dedicated training day.

Dates: June 9–10

Location: Natrona County High School – The MAC, Casper, Wyoming

Registration for the trade show is free. Breakfast and lunch will be provided both days.

What to expect

Registration is required for the seminar so we can get an accurate head count. Attending the seminar is completely free!

Day 1 – Trade Show (June 9)

The first day of Cowboy Cleaning College will be a full trade show featuring vendors from across the janitorial and sanitation industry. Vendors will be showcasing equipment, tools, and systems used in commercial cleaning operations.

Attendees can get hands-on with new machines, see the latest products, and speak directly with manufacturers and industry representatives. CSH will be offering its biggest deals of the year, and many vendors will be offering additional discounts for organizations that attend.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

The trade show will run from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Stop by for an hour or attend for the entire day.

Day 2 – Training Seminar (June 10)

The second day will feature Cowboy Supply House’s annual training seminar. This will be a full day of classes and hands-on instruction focused on improving cleaning outcomes and reducing labor costs.

Facilities that participate in at least one CSH training or class per year often see reduced labor costs and improved facility cleanliness scores.

This year’s program will include updated courses as well as returning sessions from last year. See the full schedule for details.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

The seminar and it's classes will run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

This event is designed for people responsible for facility cleanliness and maintenance, including:

• Custodians
• Custodial supervisors
• Facility managers
• Maintenance supervisors
• School district facility teams
• Healthcare environmental services staff
• Anyone responsible for maintaining commercial facilities

Organizations are encouraged to bring multiple staff members so teams can attend both equipment demonstrations and training sessions.

Parking is free and located at Natrona County High School.

Casper, WY

From there, follow signs to the MAC. Additional trade show signs will be posted on the day of the event.

Hotel information

A hotel block with discounted rates will be available for attendees traveling from out of town.
