This FREE boat tour is designed to engage Long Beach residents about how the Port of Long Beach impacts you and the economy, get close to some of the biggest ships in the world, learn about how we are building the Port of the Future, and take pictures of amazing machinery and local marine life.
Please plan to arrive between 5:30PM - 6:00PM. The boat departs at exactly 6:00PM.
Reservations are required and are on a first-come-first-served basis
Parking is available at the Aquarium of the Pacific parking structure (99 Aquarium Way). 3-hour parking validation will be provided.
The tour leaves from Dock 2, adjacent to the Aquarium of the Pacific.
The vessel used for the tour is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act to accommodate all guests. The Port will also provide refreshments and a light snack for tour guests.
NOTE: It can be cool and windy out on the water, especially on evening tours. We recommend that you plan ahead and bring an extra layer or two.
The boat can be slippery. We recommend to wear rubber sole shoes, such as tennis shoes. No heels or footwear that may scratch the boat.
