The countdown is on.
On Thursday, July 23, we're bringing back one of our favorite Coolfire traditions: the Annual Pinewood Derby.
This year, we're throwing it back and going Old School, bringing together agencies, brands, clients, partners, and friends for an evening of fun, networking, and a little friendly competition... all while supporting the Ollie Hinkle Heart Foundation.
Thursday, July 23
Webster Groves Masonic Temple
6:30–10:30 PM
We're still accepting race entries!
For $250 per car, your team receives a Pinewood Derby car kit, event admission, food, drinks, and the opportunity to compete for:
Overall Winner – Fastest car in the speed bracket
Best Design – Voted on by attendees via Facebook
Best Pit Crew – Judged on team costumes and spirit
Slowest Car – For the most tragically underwhelming entry
If your company would like to participate, send us a message here or email [email protected]. We'll coordinate a car kit drop-off so your team has time to build before race day.
Bring your creativity, your competitive spirit, and maybe a little luck. We'll see you at the starting line.
