The Concours d'Lemons returns to the Seaside City Hall lawn to ruin Monterey Auto Week. Hoopties of all description compete for the coveted "Worst of Show" trophy awarded by capricious and bribery prone celebrity judges. Spectators are free, that way you get what you pay for and perhaps a little less.
