2026 College Area Cleanup!

College Area neighbors & businesses partner to tidy up the community for a good impression on the incoming SDSU Students & their families.
About this Event

Join us for our Annual College Area Community Cleanup event to help you discard unwanted items and clean up the neighborhoods of the College Area!

There will be a few large dumpsters located in the east parking lot of the College Avenue Church for you to drop off items. Also on site will be Electronic Recycling and the Disabled American Veterans to accept your useable donated household items.

See the flier (link below) for items that will be accepted and those that WILL NOT be accepted.

Special thanks to District 9 City Councilmember, Sean Elo-Rivera and his staff for collaborating with us to make this event happen!

ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED* All Lightbulbs* Construction Debris* Tires* Hazardous Waste* Propane tanks* Gas CylindersNO COMMERCIAL HAULING.
