As the industry faces unprecedented challenges — including workforce shortages, technology adoption, operational modernization, and shifting supply chains — manufacturers must evolve to compete, grow, and sustain success. This year’s summit theme, “Manufacturing Forward: Building the Workforce & Technology of Tomorrow,” will focus on the real-world strategies manufacturers are using to attract talent, upskill teams, leverage emerging technologies, and lead their organizations into the next era of production.
Attendees will gain valuable insights from a dynamic keynote speaker and a four-member leadership panel. Through practical discussions and shared experiences, participants will walk away with actionable ideas they can apply immediately within their facilities.
This summit is designed for business owners, plant managers, HR professionals, operations leaders, engineers, and anyone invested in the future of manufacturing in Clermont County and throughout the region.
