🏡 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS
Contestants must be Virginia residents currently residing in Clarke County.
📸 PHOTOGENIC COMPETITION
All age divisions will compete in the Photogenic Contest.
Photo Requirements:
• Must be IN COLOR
• Size: 8x10
• Plain black, CLEAN frame
• Age-appropriate photos only
• Photos may be taken by the photographer of your choice
Photos must be brought to rehearsals and turned in BEFORE pageant day.
