About CAP Month:
Every April, communities across the nation come together to promote child safety, family strengthening, and abuse prevention. CAP Month reminds us that everyone has a role in creating nurturing environments where children can thrive. This event is our way of bringing awareness, support, and fun directly to Tulare County families!
