The Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome keynote speaker the Clinton County History Center to the 2026 Annual Meeting on Thursday, April 30th. The event will be held at the Roberts Centre from 11:00AM to 1PM, and is co-hosted by our Premium Sponsor, the Clinton County Convention and Visitor's Bureau. The Annual Meeting will feature a review of the Chamber's accomplishments throughout the last year, as well as a membership and financial report, upcoming events and initiatives, and our Chamber Board seat election.
The Annual Meeting will conclude with a presentation by keynote speaker, Shelby Boatman, Executive Director of the Clinton County History Center. This engaging presentation will highlight the value of preserving local history - especially for your business. A Clinton County native with a master’s degree in Public History, Shelby leads the History Center’s work as a museum, archive, research library, and community resource.
Her talk will highlight the importance of historic businesses, connections to America250, and how today’s organizations can leave a lasting impact by preserving their own stories for future generations. Learn more about the History Center at: clintoncountyhistory.org
Registration and networking begins at 10:30AM, with lunch at 11AM and the Annual Meeting presentation from 12PM to 1PM. Tickets are $45 for Chamber members and $50 for non-members. Reservations are due by April 17th, and can be made on the Chamber website at www.wccchamber.com/2026-annual-meeting.
